📋 Description

• Draft pleadings and appeals • Handle high-volume and strategic civil litigation, including the development of litigation strategies • Manage matters involving Civil Law, Consumer Law, civil liability, contractual obligations, and damages claims • Monitor cases through all procedural stages • Prepare case status reports • Perform other duties inherent to the practice area

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience in both high-volume and strategic civil litigation • Generalist profile, with experience in contractual matters, damages claims, accidents, civil liability, and consumer disputes • Strong knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure • Experience drafting pleadings and appeals and defining legal strategies • Familiarity with court systems (PJe, e-SAJ, eproc, and Projudi) and legal management systems (Protheus, VIOS, and Projuris) • Experience managing litigation portfolios and tracking deadlines • Strong legal writing and critical analysis skills • Preferred: experience representing large companies and corporate groups • Preferred: experience handling national portfolios and more complex cases • Preferred: experience handling strategic matters with high visibility or media exposure • Preferred: familiarity with performance indicators and legal automation tools
