📋 Description

• Support large enterprise clients with their SAP transformation projects • Act as the key client contact and contribute to the design, deployment, and optimization of SAP solutions • Lead and contribute to the definition of business requirements and functional or technical specifications for projects and application maintenance engagements • Configure and customize SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance solutions • Work across the full Record-to-Report (R2R) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles, contributing to their digitalization on S/4HANA • Oversee testing phases and go-live activities • Validate functional documentation • Lead project teams and coordinate engagements • Manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to neosight’s business development • Participate in requests for proposals and prepare commercial proposals • Monitor team performance, support professional development, and ensure deliverable quality • Keep up to date with developments in the SAP ecosystem, particularly S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, and SAP AI • Contribute to Group-wide internal and cross-functional projects (CSR, HR, Marketing)

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree or engineering school) • 7+ years of SAP experience, including proven experience in management and team leadership • Expertise in the FI and CO modules in ECC and S/4HANA environments, including their key integrations with SD and MM • Strong knowledge of R2R, P2P, and O2C business processes • Ability to manage complex projects and successfully lead change • Strong written and spoken English • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally • Analytical and synthesis skills • Organized, methodical, and rigorous approach • Customer focus and adaptability • Audacity and curiosity • Leadership skills and the ability to engage and motivate teams
