📋 Description
• Provides corporate housing assistance to relocating employees and external prospects • Manages the customer experience, with maintenance requests and extensions • Establish direct communication with the relocation counselor • Provide ongoing customer service on existing reservations • Establish contact with the transferee to determine temporary housing needs • Convey needs/desires to Regional Tenancy Manager • Work with expense management for billing accuracy • Cross-training the Housing Coordinators and supporting with special audits
🎯 Requirements
• Strong customer service experience preferred • Ability to multi-task • Strong written and oral skills • Ability to follow-up and follow-through • Confidence and decisiveness • High school degree required
