📋 Description

• Serve as the Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation • Act as the primary point of contact for the agent network and 3rd party services • Ensure systems compliance • Provide allocation recommendations to drive quality and customer satisfaction. • Manage escalations and perform system audits for compliance • Manage cost controls and exceptions approvals • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience) • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication skills • Domestic House Hold Goods background preferred • Self-motivated
