📋 Description

• End-to-end mapping of proprietary trading operations, including identification of critical points for trade surveillance • Development of a conceptual framework to define and prioritize CATCHs, indicators, and monitoring signals • Implementation of detection rules and application of analytical models, including advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, to identify atypical patterns and risky behaviors • Validation and calibration of CATCHs and models based on historical analyses • Structuring governance, documentation, and trigger workflows to integrate the framework into compliance routines

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (in progress or completed) • Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related fields in the Exact Sciences and Engineering • Programming and data manipulation: Python or R • SQL for querying and processing datasets • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries • Applied statistics and exploratory data analysis • Construction of rule-based detection/heuristics • Basic model evaluation (precision, recall, etc.) • Knowledge of advanced modeling and AI: supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning • Anomaly detection techniques (outlier detection, clustering, etc.) • Experience applying models to fraud, risk, or surveillance use cases • Data engineering/architecture: distributed processing (Spark, Databricks, or equivalent) • Building data pipelines • Integration with corporate environments (APIs, cloud)
