📋 Description

• Design and implement a scalable, sustainable operational model focused on efficiency • Reduce workload for the commercial team, ensuring focus on higher-value activities • Enhance the customer experience by simplifying, standardizing, and scaling operational processes • Support the transformation of the customer service model, ensuring integration between processes, people, and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree • Academic background: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Information Systems • Advanced SQL • Python • Advanced Excel • Data cleaning and modeling • Building executive dashboards • Data Analytics • Statistical analysis • ETL and data preparation • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agents • Knowledge of Machine Learning (preferred) • Knowledge of Generative AI (preferred) • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (preferred) • Experience with Python automation (preferred) • Experience in operational efficiency projects (preferred) • Knowledge of operational KPIs (SLA, AHT/Average Handling Time, Productivity, NPS) (preferred)
