📋 Description
• Design and implement a scalable, sustainable operating model focused on efficiency • Reduce the workload of the commercial team, ensuring they can focus on higher-value activities • Improve the customer experience through simplification, standardization, and scaling of operational processes • Support the transformation of the service model, ensuring integration between processes, people, and technology
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree: currently enrolled or completed • Fields of study: Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems • Required skills: Advanced SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, data cleaning and modeling, creation of executive dashboards, Data Analytics, statistical analysis, ETL and data preparation, knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agents • Desired skills: Experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Microsoft Power Platform, automation development in Python, experience in operational efficiency projects, knowledge of operational metrics (SLA, AHT, Productivity, NPS)
