📋 Description

• Responsible for construction logistics on large-scale projects. • Planning, execution and management of logistics tasks. • On-site point of contact for all project stakeholders. • Documentation of subcontractor briefings. • Conducting quality checks on subcontractor performance. • Preparation of monthly performance documentation. • Identifying potential change orders and supporting their preparation.

• Physically dexterous and, where applicable, experienced in the construction industry. • Persuasive leadership skills and assertiveness when dealing with subcontractors. • Team-oriented with a solution-focused working style.
