📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting: including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding; in coordination with other stakeholders and members of the People Team • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate pipelines • Help manage employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement • Maintain accurate talent data and generate reporting as needed for leadership • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, regulations, and laws • Provide an excellent experience for candidates, employees, and business partners • Create consistent communication routines with candidates and field partners • Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for all • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in an organization with a multi-state footprint • Bachelor's degree preferred • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations such as pay transparency laws, anti-discrimination laws, ADA, and laws related to background and drug screenings • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems (ADP experience preferred) • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
