• Deliver live and virtual training sessions tailored to end-users • Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify training gaps • Develop hands-on, scenario-based programs reflecting actual customer workflows • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for customer-side trainers • Solicit feedback from learners and stakeholders for content improvement
• 3+ years of experience in technical training • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, especially Salesforce • Experience in delivering Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Ability to create scenario-based learning materials • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs)
