📋 Description

• Work closely with customers to gather requirements and design creative solutions to manage customer business processes • Lead and propelling quality of implementations from kickoff to go-live • Drive success by collaborating with a committed implementation team • Perform data analysis and build reports/dashboards per customer specifications • Configure or develop Salesforce-related solutions in client-facing contexts • Organize and manage multiple ongoing implementation projects and troubleshoot issues • Influence product roadmap by providing customer-driven feedback and identifying improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Lead implementations with enterprise-level customers from kickoff to go-live • Gather requirements and design software solutions based on complex customer business processes and requirements • Identify areas of implementation process improvements based on latest Sitetracker product features • Strong understanding of database principles to create efficient solutions • Organize multiple ongoing projects and troubleshoot issues with precise attention to detail • Learn new tools and software and leverage them to develop thoughtful, analytical insights • Perform analysis on customer data and build reports/dashboards based on customer specifications • Configure/develop Salesforce in a client facing environment (preferred) • Knowledge of Salesforce flows, workflow types, profiles vs. roles, report types, lookup vs. master-detail relationships
