📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of customer onboardings and expansion opportunities • Become knowledgeable in the Sixfold platform and best practices • Lead executive and stakeholder business reviews • Proactively monitor customer health and usage metrics • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering • Provide feedback to improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation Management or similar customer-focused role with Enterprise customers • AI-native approach to work • Ability to build trusted partnerships and engage with customers • Thoughtful, proactive problem-solver • Strong communication skills
