📋 Description

• Engage with technical, product, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions • Collaborate with software development engineers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, product owners, and business owners • Design and implement production-grade Agentic AI-driven solutions • Balance custom-solution benefits with standardization opportunities • Enhance the experience and efficiency of software development processes • Enable software development engineers to use Agentic AI in SIXT products • Share ML engineering best practices and learnings with data science and other teams • Develop and maintain state-of-the-art AI agents for customer interaction via email, chat, and voice channels

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in engineering and Agentic AI • Solid knowledge of Python and AWS cloud technologies • Practical experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and open-source models such as Llama • Experience with Agentic AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain • Capability in Java or Go • Awareness and practical application of the LLMOps paradigm in various Agentic AI projects • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment approaches • Fluent English communication • Motivation to learn and contribute with a can-do attitude • Appreciation of cultural diversity
