📋 Description
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls • Assist customers with vehicle rental and pickup process questions • Close reservations • Verify customer information and provide related assistance • Offer technical support during key pickup • Troubleshoot issues in the self-service section • Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries • Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements • Provide continuous customer support and resolve customer issues 24/7
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in German and English • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus • Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment • Availability for night shifts • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members • Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
