📋 Description
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls • Assist customers with vehicle rental and pickup questions • Close reservations • Verify customer information and provide related assistance • Offer technical support during key pickup • Troubleshoot issues in the self-service section • Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries • Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements • Provide continuous customer support and resolve customer issues 24/7
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in German, English, and Spanish • Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively • Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving work environment • Availability for night shifts • Effective teamwork in an international environment • Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions • Customer service orientation • Ability to support vehicle rental, pickup, and self-service processes
