📋 Description
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls • Assist customers with questions related to vehicle rental and pickup processes • Close reservations • Verify customer information and provide related assistance • Offer technical support during key pickup • Troubleshoot issues in the self-service section • Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries • Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements • Provide continuous support and resolve customer issues 24/7
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in German, English and Spanish • Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs • Clear and persuasive communication skills • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including availability for night shifts • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills • Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions • Customer service orientation
