📋 Description
• Disciplinary and functional leadership of multiple team leads at people-manager level and their national and international teams • Global responsibility for accounts receivable management • Transform manual activities and legacy structures into scalable, digital end-to-end processes in dunning, collections and write-offs • Drive SAP optimization, workflow automation, RPA and AI-supported dunning and collections processes • Optimize DSO, ADD, collection rate and bad-debt rate through data-driven management • Derive operational measures from metrics • Build reporting with clear KPI logic, self-service structures and decision templates for the CFO and top management • Ensure collaboration with stakeholders from Sales, Customer Service, Accounting and IT • Ownership of clear interface definitions
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience at people-manager level in accounts receivable or related finance areas within international corporations • Proven track record in transformation and digitization of finance functions • Experience implementing automation and AI projects • Strong accounting knowledge • Experience with SAP FI • Experience supporting and expanding BI and reporting landscapes • Professional presence and gravitas at C-level • Strong communication skills • Proven change management and delivery capability • Entrepreneurial thinking with a hands-on mentality • Negotiation-level German and English (C1/C2) • Additional languages a plus
