📋 Description
• Calculate and maintain fleet holding cost calculations in company systems • Act as the first internal contact for vehicle-related data • Handle operational issues in day-to-day business • Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, updating, and maintaining contract review documents and amendments • Review contract documents and assess holding cost calculations against them • Evaluate AI-extracted contract data • Support prompt optimization to improve data extraction quality • Provide organizational support to the Purchasing team acquiring vehicles for car rental, subscription, and car-sharing products
🎯 Requirements
• Completed a degree in Business Management or vocational training in the commercial or automotive sector • Relevant professional experience • Fluency in English is mandatory • Additional languages are a plus; French and/or Spanish are advantageous • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Hands-on mentality while maintaining attention to detail • High accuracy in managing vehicle details and ensuring data consistency • Strong Excel and Word skills • Comfortable navigating multiple digital systems • Eagerness to work with AI-driven tools and processes
