📋 Description

• Act as the interface between customers and drivers • Ensure that quality standards are met • Monitor driver punctuality • Assign transfers to appropriate drivers • Coordinate handovers between driver and customer

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and good command of English (minimum B2 level) • Experience working with partners and customers • Excellent listening skills, strong communication and empathy • Ability to respond quickly to new situations • Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills • Willingness to work shifts and weekends • Confident using a PC and common software
