📋 Description

• Calculate and validate incentive and bonus payouts based on defined program rules • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to track performance metrics • Extract, clean, and validate data using Excel and SQL • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes • Maintain accurate records of payouts and adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in incentive, compensation, or bonus program management • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation) • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge • Experience with Tableau or Google Looker is a strong plus • Foundational knowledge of AI and cloud-based tools such as Claude, AWS, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or Amazon Redshift • Strong problem-solving abilities • High level of attention to detail • Commitment to data accuracy • Ability to communicate clearly across teams
