• You are responsible as a (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the strategic management and growth of mid-market and large enterprise customers • Your primary objective is to build long-term partnerships with our customers and drive their revenue growth • You accompany and coordinate tenders in collaboration with our Tender & Implementation team • You analyze market and competitor trends and derive new business opportunities • You act as the interface to our SIXT regional and country subsidiaries and negotiate comprehensive individual framework agreements • You are accountable for meeting sales KPIs, achieving your appointment quotas, maintaining the CRM tool, spotting new business opportunities, identifying optimization potential, deriving recommendations for action and implementing them • You structure your week independently and balance on-site customer visits with the necessary pre- and post-visit work in the office • You are responsible for customer satisfaction and for implementing SIXT’s corporate and sales strategy
• You have completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification or hold a degree in business/economics (university/technical college) • You bring proven success from account management or business development in a national or international environment • You are not intimidated by major industry names or key decision-makers • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and work in a structured manner • You are comfortable being on the road in your NRW region 3–4 days a week to visit customers in person • You have very good knowledge of sales tools (ideally Salesforce) and are proficient in MS Office • You have fluent German and English skills
