📋 Description
• Act as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction • Manage multiple simultaneous projects involving various facility types • Oversee programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local building codes, and safety regulations • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred) • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera
