📋 Description

• Actively acquire new dealerships and aftersales partners directly on site • Build personal relationships with existing customers • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms for long-term partnerships • Identify and develop opportunities within dealerships, workshops, and repair businesses across Northern Germany • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs • Analyze and evaluate sales KPIs • Identify new business opportunities and revenue potential • Implement recommended actions

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial vocational training with an additional qualification or a successfully completed degree in business administration • Demonstrated success in the dealership, aftersales, or OEM sectors, ideally in a field sales role • Strong hunter mentality and enthusiasm for customer acquisition • Willingness to travel • Class B driving license • Excellent knowledge of sales tools, ideally Salesforce • Proficient in MS Office • Fluent in German and English
