📋 Description
• Develop and implement procurement and category strategies for Real Estate and define global standards • Execute national and international tenders (RFPs/RFQs) • Independently negotiate lease, service and framework agreements with landlords and property managers • Identify and realize cost savings through analysis of cost structures, benchmarks and spend data • Build and further develop an international service provider portfolio • Conduct contract and supplier management with KPI control and performance reviews • Lead optimization projects such as parking management, operating expenses and facility services • Assess risks and ensure legal compliance • Implement innovative digital and AI-supported solutions • Work closely with Real Estate, Finance, Legal and Operations
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field OR commercial vocational training with additional qualifications and relevant professional experience in strategic or tactical procurement • Experience in strategic or tactical procurement • Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness • Persuasive communication style and aptitude for complex negotiations • Excellent MS Office skills • Openness to modern procurement and AI tools • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Additional languages such as French, Spanish or Italian are a plus • Team-player mentality
