📋 Description

• Responsible for the operational and strategic leadership as branch manager in the building construction and industrial construction sectors • Acquisition of new construction projects; maintenance and expansion of existing client relationships • Monitoring and control of project execution with respect to costs, schedules, quality and occupational safety • Budget planning, cost control and ensuring the profitability of all projects • Leading, motivating and developing an interdisciplinary team • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards in construction • Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners (planners, subcontractors, etc.) • Developing and implementing business strategies to increase the branch's market presence and competitiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in building/industrial construction, ideally as branch manager, senior site manager or in a comparable position • Solid knowledge of construction processes, project control and contract law (VOB/BGB) • Proven track record in acquiring and managing large-scale construction projects • Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills and a results-oriented approach • Strong leadership and communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills • Willingness to take responsibility and make business decisions • Good knowledge of construction and planning software as well as MS Office
