📋 Description

• Own and nurture key client relationships as the primary point of contact • Build trust and credibility through clear communication and executive presence • Manage calls with Heads of Marketing, VPs, and C-level clients • Negotiate and resolve issues with tact, empathy, and commercial acumen • Perform SWOT analysis and growth opportunity mapping across client portfolios • Identify and act on upsell/downsell opportunities to align services with business goals • Collaborate with SEO strategists to evolve roadmaps based on business context, not just rankings • Coordinate internal SEO, content, and link building teams to ensure deadlines are met • QA deliverables and provide high-level context before presenting to clients • Track progress against KPIs and proactively address blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in digital account management, ideally in SEO or broader digital marketing • Familiarity with marketing KPIs, growth metrics, and how organic search contributes to revenue • Experience working with SaaS or tech clients • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience using project tracking tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.) • Ability to take complex ideas and simplify them for client conversations
