📋 Description

• Outbound telephone acquisition of potential new customers. • Conduct structured initial conversations to assess needs. • Telephone outreach to existing contacts in the system. • Consistent follow-up and appointment scheduling for our strategy consultants. • Planning as well as preparation and follow-up for appointments. • Careful maintenance of customer data in our CRM system.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training (any field) is an advantage but not required. • Ability to follow existing systems and processes precisely. • Strong communication skills and a clear manner of expression in business-fluent German, both spoken and written. • High level of discipline and willingness to spend the workday productively on the phone. • Strong interpersonal sensitivity. • Independent, disciplined working style in a remote environment and the ability to deliver full performance without daily presence checks. • A quiet, professional workspace with a stable internet connection. • Confident use of common PC applications.
