📋 Description

• Communicate with a variety of health plans including Medicare and Medicaid • Complete credentialing applications and contracts with health plans • Work with physicians to complete required documentation • Track the progress of credentialing and contracting applications and communicate to leadership regularly • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure business goals are met • Help improve the provider licensing function as it continues to grow

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience in credentialing • Experience working with healthcare insurance companies • Ability to solve problems and identify solutions • Attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Capable of managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously • Able to work well in a team environment • Must complete pre-employment confidential DiSC testing and appropriate relevant skills testing prior to hiring
