📋 Description

• Develop a strong understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming, particularly the Sportsbook • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to data-driven decision-making within the Sportsbook Product team • Support product testing, analysis, and reporting to develop the product and optimize user experiences • Create regular and ad hoc insights, gather and present metrics and activities to key stakeholders • Become a trusted source of intelligence and advisory over time • Collaborate with Analysts and Data Scientists to solve business problems • Remain current on technology and trends in data analytics and the sports betting and gaming industry

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years proven experience in an analytics role • Degree in a relevant field, e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science • Strong SQL proficiency • Proficiency in a statistical programming language, e.g. R or Python • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools, e.g. Tableau or PowerBI • Strong proficiency in data analysis or mathematical model development • Strong understanding of statistics concepts such as multivariate testing • Experience using code repositories, e.g. GitHub • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships • Customer focused, highly outcome-oriented and data-driven, with experience in high-growth environments • Logical and analytical approach to problem solving, with strong organizational and communication skills • Previous experience in the betting and gaming industry is a significant plus • Experience with Amplitude is a plus
