📋 Description

• Lead the successful installation, testing, commissioning, and certification of fall protection and facade access equipment • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, general contractors, building owners, and project stakeholders • Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and proactively resolve field challenges • Coordinate installation crews, project schedules, and material deliveries • Track labor hours, job costs, and project progress • Identify scope changes and support change order documentation • Conduct site audits and quality inspections • Manage punch-list items and support project closeout • Promote and enforce all company safety policies • Support division growth through OSHA-required inspections, testing, and service work • Act as a technical resource and identify expansion opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing or coordinating large commercial construction projects • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability and willingness to travel up to 100% based on project needs • Experience with fall protection systems or facade access equipment • Rigging experience • Experience using power tools and construction equipment • Experience installing structural or engineered building components • OSHA certifications or related safety training
