📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, serving as the primary technical reference and supporting decision-making and the resolution of complex problems. • Translate Product and Business needs into viable, scalable, evolvable, and sustainable technical solutions. • Participate in architecture definition and solution design, considering requirements, risks, dependencies, and impacts. • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, Data, DevOps/SRE, and other teams. • Promote the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence tools, including critical code review, testing, and data protection. • Ensure best practices in development, architecture, security, observability, testing, and documentation. • Follow initiatives from refinement through production, aligning technical decisions with business objectives. • Conduct and promote code reviews and continuously improve code quality. • Identify, track, and manage technical debt. • Support estimation, refinement, and initiative decomposition. • Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and impediments. • Support production incidents, root cause analyses, and preventive and corrective actions. • Promote automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and improvements to engineering processes. • Monitor technical and flow metrics to improve efficiency and quality. • Act as a technical mentor and promote knowledge sharing. • Lead and document technical decisions, communicating risks, alternatives, and impacts to stakeholders. • Maintain hands-on involvement in engineering, including code analysis, troubleshooting, proof-of-concepts, and development of critical components. • Balance technical quality, delivery speed, and business needs in a dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Software Developer, preferably with previous experience as a Senior Developer. • Experience providing technical leadership to development teams. • Strong experience with C# and the .NET platform, including modern .NET/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core. • Experience in frontend development using technologies such as TypeScript, Vue.js, Angular, or similar. • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID, Clean Code, and software engineering principles. • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and distributed services. • Knowledge of software architecture, including distributed applications, microservices, and service-oriented architectures. • Experience with SQL Server, data modeling, SQL queries, and performance analysis. • Knowledge of Git and version control and branching strategies. • Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration testing. • Knowledge of CI/CD and automated build, test, and deployment processes. • Knowledge of security applied to software development, authentication, authorization, and API protection. • Knowledge of observability, including logs, metrics, tracing, and troubleshooting applications in production. • Ability to analyze issues related to performance, scalability, availability, and reliability. • Ability to perform critical analyses of code and architecture and propose technically sound improvements. • Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban. • Experience with planning, refinement, estimation, and delivery tracking. • Ability to interpret engineering and flow metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, Bugs, Rework, and delivery stability. • Ability to use metrics as tools for diagnosis and improvement, rather than merely as mechanisms for individual accountability. • Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical teams, Product, Management, and business functions. • Ability to lead technical discussions and build consensus even when opinions differ. • Organization, autonomy, accountability, and prioritization skills. • Ability to balance technical quality, delivery speed, and business needs. • Empathy, collaboration, and resilience to work constructively in different contexts. • Preferred: experience with GCP and/or AWS, Kubernetes, containers, Docker, messaging, Redis, API Gateway, highly available systems, DDD, Clean Architecture, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, Canary/Blue-Green/Feature Flag strategies, observability tools, SRE, DORA Metrics, e-commerce/logistics/payments/marketplace/SaaS industries, FinOps, and legacy system modernization.
