📋 Description

• Build data intelligence for the business: • Generate commercial opportunities. • Provide strategic business monitoring. • Executive KPIs. • Advanced BI with Looker Studio. • In-depth analyses for executives. • Develop strategic analyses and data intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and growth levers in our B2B business. • Build and evolve executive KPIs, dashboards and management views. • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, products, channels and business performance. • Support commercial teams, CRM, product and operations with studies and data-driven recommendations. • Structure analytics models and products to optimize and automate business decisions and processes. • Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of analyzed information. • Work closely with data, engineering, product and business teams to evolve data sources and analytical views. • Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and executive audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL. • Experience with BI and data visualization using Looker. • Knowledge of data modeling and statistics. • Experience with Python for data analysis. • Ability to handle large volumes of data and perform exploratory analyses. • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking. • Investigative mindset, business-oriented and value-driven. • Strong executive communication and data storytelling. • Hands-on profile, with autonomy and a sense of priority. • Ability to turn data into practical business recommendations. • Experience with logistics in e-commerce or e-commerce platforms. • Knowledge of CRM, sales funnel, segmentation and customer analysis. • Experience with A/B testing, propensity/churn or other analytical models.
