📋 Description

• Skylight is a technology startup with a mission to connect loved ones through simple products and services. • As a Senior Product Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer product ideas. • Validate ideas and solutions by talking to customers. • Build intuitive product experiences that solve deep customer pains. • Help drive the product roadmap with insights and strategy. • Own end-to-end design across multiple features and projects. • Build a cohesive visual language across products. • Work with engineering to implement designs and adjust scope as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end consumer-facing mobile-first product design. • A portfolio of work that demonstrates a breadth of both UX and UI design skills with a proven impact on business metrics. • Humble, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to your career • Scrappiness, a growth mindset, high-velocity output, and bias for action • Passion for connecting people and facilitating meaningful relationships through products. • Demonstrated use of user research and data in your product design portfolio. • Experience delivering 0-1 products from concept to launch. • Background in consumer-facing apps (bonus points if subscription-based). • Experience with software design incorporating hardware components. • General e-commerce design experience • Leadership in product direction and strategic thinking.
