📋 Description
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages • Organize travel logistics and ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete • Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines • Confirm bookings with travel suppliers and maintain accurate travel records • Assist clients with itinerary coordination and travel documentation details • Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications • Provide support to travelers before and during their trips when needed • Maintain professional communication with clients and travel partners
🎯 Requirements
• Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools • Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, or logistics • Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, logistics, or hospitality is helpful but not required
