📋 Description
• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments • Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations • Maintain organized financial records and documentation • Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, discrepancies, and payment status • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries • Update and maintain records within Rent Manager and Microsoft applications • Follow established accounting procedures and internal workflows
