📋 Description
• Lead and support end-to-end MYOB to Xero migration • Utilise migration tools such as Jet Convert and MMC Convert (highly preferred) • Clean, validate, and accurately transfer accounting data • Set up and structure 4,000+ inventory SKUs in Xero • Review pricing, tax codes, stock data, and inventory records • Reconcile accounts pre- and post-migration • Manage supplier, customer, invoice, and purchase records • Support BAS preparation, GST coding, and compliance checks • Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and data inconsistencies • Work with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition • Provide post-migration bookkeeping and system support
🎯 Requirements
• Proven Australian bookkeeping/accounting experience • Strong working knowledge of MYOB and Xero • Previous system migration experience (essential) • Experience using Jet Convert and/or MMC Convert (highly preferred) • Strong understanding of BAS, GST, PAYG, and Australian compliance • Experience in inventory-based businesses with high SKU volumes • Advanced Excel skills • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
