📋 Description

• Create detailed and accurate shop drawings for plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems using Revit and AutoCAD. • Coordinate and route piping systems efficiently while maintaining constructability and code compliance. • Identify and resolve complex routing and coordination challenges. • Collaborate with project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. • Work within established client templates, standards, and documentation procedures. • Review project specifications and ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes and requirements. • Coordinate with other trades to identify and resolve clashes before construction. • Revise and update drawings based on client feedback, field conditions, and project changes. • Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files. • Participate in project meetings and communicate technical solutions clearly and professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating MEP shop drawings. • Advanced proficiency with Revit MEP. • Strong AutoCAD experience. • Understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems. • Strong knowledge of construction methods and building systems. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines on construction projects. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
