📋 Description

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule using UKG / Pay Pro • Monitoring the Payroll Inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner. • Review timekeeping data, pay rates, deductions, and payroll adjustments • Ensure employees are paid correctly, on time, and without errors • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or inconsistencies • Process payroll corrections, off-cycle runs, and adjustments when required • Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation • Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax requirements, and internal controls • Respond to employee payroll-related questions clearly and professionally • Coordinate with HR and accounting teams as needed • Support payroll audits and reporting requests

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing • Hands-on experience with UKG / Pay Pro (required) • Strong understanding of payroll procedures, deductions, and compliance • High attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable with repetitive, deadline-driven work • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
