📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• At Sleek, we believe AI is transforming content marketing, but human insight and strategic thinking are what drive lasting impact. • **Mission**: Own the UI/UX, conversion, and engagement performance of Sleek's websites, turning site visitors into funnel entrants through continuous optimisation, experimentation, and AI-driven user experiences. Over time, own the full visitor-to-funnel-start conversion rate across all markets.. • **Outcomes:** • - **Outcome 1 (1–6 Months): Improve Funnel Entry Conversion.** • - Improve visitor-to-funnel-start conversion rate across all Sleek websites • - Optimise landing pages, CTAs, and funnel entry messaging • - Align traffic intent with landing experience • - **Outcome 2 (1–6 Months): Drive Lead Generation on Paid Channels.** ** • - Improve lead generation rate on top paid landing pages • - Run A/B tests on page structure, copy, and layout • - Collaborate with paid marketing to ensure intent alignment • - **Outcome 3 (1–12 Months): Introduce AI-Driven Funnel Experiences. ** • - Launch an AI-driven advisor for service and price discovery • - Optimise site for LLM-driven discovery and emerging AI browsing (GEO/Web MCP) • - Use AI tools to improve workflows and funnel efficiency • - **Outcome 4 (12+ Months): Step Up into Full Funnel Ownership.** • - Develop deep understanding of funnel economics and user behaviour • - Influence pricing, packaging, and monetisation decisions • - Progressively own end-to-end funnel performance for a market • **Must-Have Experience: ** • - 4 to 7 years in eCommerce, CRO, Digital Product, or UX-focused growth roles — **this is not a content, SEO, or paid media role** • - **Builds with AI,** not just uses it — has personally designed or deployed AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents to solve business problems; treats AI as a systems-building capability, not a copy or ideation aid • - Hands-on experience improving website UI/UX, designing page components, and rewriting value propositions and copy to improve conversion • - Proven track record improving landing page and funnel conversion performance with measurable outcomes • - Hands-on with experimentation, analytics, and behavioural tools (GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel or similar) • - Strong understanding of CRO, user behaviour, funnel optimisation, and customer decision-making • - Cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, or Marketing teams to ship on-site improvements • - Note: AI ability will be assessed via a case study + debrief as a mandatory step in the interview process** • ****Must- Have Attributes: ** • - **Customer-Centric Thinker:** Thinks from the customer’s point of view and deeply understands user intent, behaviour, friction, and decision drivers. • - **Ownership:** Takes accountability for outcomes, conversion performance, and revenue impact. • - **Data-Driven:** Uses data, customer insights, and experimentation to make decisions. • - **Structured Thinking:** Able to prioritise problems and simplify complexity. • - **Experimentation Mindset:** Tests fast, learns quickly, and iterates continuously. • - **Systems Thinker:** Understands how traffic, messaging, UX, pricing, and funnels work together. • - **Strong Collaborator:** Works effectively across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Platform teams. ******** • **What You’ll Be Responsible For:** • - Own UI/UX optimisation and conversion performance across 6-7 Sleek websites • - Optimise landing pages, value propositions, and website copy to improve conversion • - Design and iterate on website components to improve engagement and funnel entry • - Run A/B tests and CRO experiments; track, measure, and act on results • - Identify and reduce funnel drop-offs and friction points based on data and user behaviour • - Track website performance metrics and make data-driven decisions continuously • - Introduce AI-driven funnel experiences to improve UX and conversion • - Use AI tools to improve workflows, insights, and experimentation efficiency • - Collaborate with Paid, Revenue, Product, and Platform teams on conversion initiatives • - Progressively take ownership of end-to-end funnel performance for a market****** • KPIs******Primary: ** • - Visitor to Funnel Start Rate • - Landing Page Conversion Rate • - Funnel Drop-off Reduction • - Experimentation Velocity****** • **Long-term ** • - Site Visitor to NC Conversion Rate • - Revenue per Visitor (RPV) • ******One-Line Expectation: ** • - Convert high-intent visitors into funnel entrants by owning UI/UX, copy, experimentation, and conversion performance across all Sleek websites. • ****Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates who have a proven track record of embodying the following attributes in their recent roles: • **Ownership**: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team.
