📋 Description

• Drive the Finance department's digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency • Map out existing processes and systematically review options to eliminate manual tasks through AI/automation solutions • Expand real-time insights and analytical capabilities through restructuring of finance data • Create standardized, automated reporting templates that provide the CFO with real-time insights • Establish cross-functional partnerships with the Data, Tech and business teams to ensure key business and financial data is meaningful • Conduct a comprehensive process audit and develop a clear 12-month transformation roadmap • Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions in various finance areas • Analyze current financial systems set up and explore options to upgrade or expand current financial systems

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field; 5-10 years total experience; • Proven track record in analyzing Finance processes and delivering Finance transformation in a mid-size company environment. • Direct experience with Financial / ERP systems and a background in integrating and optimizing financial data flows across multiple platforms. • Deep expertise in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude CoWork, or similar platforms) and automation technologies to solve complex problems in a Finance context; early AI adopter, knowledgeable of most recent solutions and use cases • Expert level in Excel and Powerpoint. • Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles: • Ownership • Humility • Structured Thinking • Data driven • Can have tough conversations in a positive way • Tech + services savvy • Problem Solving • Attention to detail • Excellent listener and clear communicator • Analytical Mindset • Collaboration-Driven • AI-ready and curious
