• As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our demand generation strategies for clients across various industries. • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and contribute to achieving our clients' revenue and growth objectives. • This role demands a blend of strategic planning, tactical execution, and analytics capabilities to measure and drive success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or agency setting. • Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting marketing metrics to inform decisions. • Excellent project management abilities, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot). • Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
