• Conduct the onboarding of new clients by presenting the platform, configuring access, and ensuring the client successfully starts using the product. • Collect initial information and configure parameters according to the client’s needs. • Create implementation materials and checklists. • Respond to inquiries via email, chat or ticketing system, ensuring speed and empathy. • Log and follow up on requests until resolution. • Identify and report bugs or improvement opportunities to the Product team. • Monitor client performance after onboarding to ensure engagement and feature adoption. • Identify opportunities to improve the experience and points of potential churn. • Conduct regular alignment and feedback meetings. • Collect and analyze feedback to propose improvements to the product and the customer journey. • Contribute to the creation of workflows, metrics and satisfaction indicators (NPS, CSAT). • Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing and Sales teams.
