📋 Description
• Supervise and guide the team, ensuring proper performance of activities • Carry out short-term operational planning, ensuring operational efficiency • Manage material and human resources, actively participating in daily operational routines • Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes, with a focus on cycle counting and logistics management • Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and procedures • Ensure adherence to Genesis Group’s general policies and human resources policies
🎯 Requirements
• Technical or higher education in agriculture (completed or in progress) • Valid Brazilian driving license (CNH) category B, issued at least two years ago • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Previous experience in leadership positions
