📋 Description

• Manage a team responsible for system incidents and N1, N2 and N3 support • Team budget management • System problem management • SRE / Reliability & Observability • Capacity, Availability & Continuity management • Vendor management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields required. Postgraduate degree/MBA in IT management preferred • Experience supporting technology environments • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python • Knowledge of cloud services • Knowledge of Data Architecture • Knowledge of ITIL • ERP knowledge preferred • Experience monitoring data pipelines preferred
