• Convert closed opportunities into active projects within Salesforce and PSA systems • Ensure project setup is accurate, complete, and aligned with financial and reporting requirements • Act as a backup to the primary Operations Analyst for project creation • Review incoming quote requests for completeness and clarity • Generate quotes for standard service offerings using predefined templates and pricing models • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all standard quotes • Update project and financial data within Salesforce and related systems • Ensure alignment between opportunity, quote, and project records • Support reporting accuracy through clean and consistent data entry • Manage queue-based requests (e.g., project setup, updates) within defined SLAs • Help reduce turnaround time for quoting and project creation • Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and automation • Partner with Sales, Services Sales, and Delivery teams to clarify inputs • Escalate non-standard or unclear requests as needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • 0–2 years of experience in operations, business support, administration, or a similar field • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and efficiency • Strong organizational and time management skills • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English • Exposure to SaaS, Professional Services, or project-based environments (nice to have) • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or PSA platforms (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce) (nice to have) • Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., revenue, billing, project budgets) (nice to have) • Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets (nice to have)
