📋 Description

• Manage and optimize CRM usage, ensuring organization, standardization, and usability for the sales team • Design and simplify sales processes, reducing day-to-day complexity for the teams • Ensure the quality and reliability of CRM data • Create and automate reports and dashboards to monitor performance (pipeline, conversion, forecast, etc.) • Support the sales team in daily operations, removing bottlenecks and increasing productivity • Map and implement continuous improvements in sales workflows • Serve as a bridge between sales, marketing, and related departments • Train and guide the team on the correct use of tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with CRM or related areas • Analytical and organized profile • Experience with data management and report building • Good communication skills for interacting with commercial teams • Proactive attitude and sense of urgency (structuring/setup scenario)
