📋 Description

• Build and improve business workflows across teams • Spot gaps, bottlenecks, and things that are falling through the cracks • Bring the right people together to solve problems and move work forward • Keep projects and processes on track from start to finish • Follow through on issues and keep leadership informed of what needs attention

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating work across different teams, departments, or stakeholders • Background in operations, administration, customer success, healthcare, education, or another process-driven environment • Comfortable handling work that involves multiple people, priorities, and moving parts • Experience working in environments where processes aren't always fully defined • Excellent written and spoken English • A stable work history with experience seeing responsibilities through over time
