📋 Description

• Conduct telephone research interviews and record results in the data collection system • Collect data on property key data points • Conduct efficient and accurate online research using available tools • Confirm and update information in the data collection system • Follow strict guidelines for consistent, unbiased data • Meet quality assessment standards and work monitoring requirements • Cooperate with co-workers and management toward department goals • Maintain center standards for performance and productivity • Follow call center policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Must have own PC (desktop or laptop), noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet connection with backup (prepaid wireless modem acceptable) • At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in outbound calling, market research, or similar roles • Strong English communication skills (conversational to fluent), with good reading comprehension • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills • Must be comfortable working graveyard shifts and in a permanent work-from-home setup • Quiet, distraction-free workspace and ability to remain on calls for extended periods
