📋 Description

• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to enterprise customers • Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and close new business opportunities • Map out client organizations and identify key decision-makers • Collaborate with executives to resolve client issues promptly • Manage the full sales cycle and achieve monthly sales goals • Prepare quotes, proposals, and deliverables for prospective clients • Negotiate contracts to establish strong, lasting client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or related role • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail • Passionate, proactive, and a fast learner • Customer service–oriented mindset with strong communication skills • Reliable work-from-home setup: strong internet, quiet workspace, presentable background, webcam, and noise-cancelling headset
