📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner and primary contact for Financial Advisors. • Strategically engage and retain clients by understanding their needs. • Counsel Advisors on best practices to optimize SmartAsset campaigns. • Lead high-priority client escalation calls, including negotiations. • Maximize revenue by selling additional products and services. • Manage and drive revenue in a growing book of business. • Utilize Tableau and other sales tools to uncover new business opportunities. • Represent the AM business in strategic meetings and provide feedback to the leadership team. • Liaise with Account Executive and Advisor Support teams. • Work with sales operations, marketing, and product teams to share advisor insights. • Drive adoption of new tools and features across the team. • Maintain accurate Salesforce records for Advisor accounts. • Assist with Outreach Automation Tool (OAT) setup and maintenance. • Investigate billing discrepancies and intermediate finance conversations. • Oversee pre-activation processes, including compliance approvals and onboarding. • Action feedback from the Concierge team to improve engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in account management with a proven ability to manage a high volume of clients. • Excellent communication skills and a strong phone presence to effectively engage with clients. • Skilled in building and maintaining lasting client relationships through multiple communication channels (email, phone, virtual meetings). • Proven consultative sales expertise, adept at identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions. • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with experience in team leadership or management. • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
